Insurance Coverage Counseling

Our attorneys provide coverage counseling and coverage litigation services to insurance carriers and policyholders on all lines of coverage. We handle duty-to-defend analyses, reservation of rights letters, declaratory judgment actions, and complex coverage disputes involving policy exclusions, additional insured endorsements, and primary/excess stacking issues. We work with carriers on both pre-litigation coverage guidance and contested coverage litigation in Arizona state and federal courts.
