Michael Kelley

For over seventeen years, I have embraced the role of a litigation attorney who specializes in premises liability, product liability, automobile negligence, homeowner’s liability, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, professional liability, and appeals.

Throughout my career representing store owners, restaurant owners, product manufacturers, security companies, and other service-related businesses, I have recognized the value of my clients’ hard-earned reputation. My commitment to represent, inform, and foster resolution strategies for these clients derives from that recognition. However, some circumstances do not allow for resolution. I have a wealth of experience participating in jury trials and appeals in circumstances where resolution is simply not possible.

Over the years, I have developed into one of the foremost authorities on the defense side of the aisle with respect to medical liens. I have embraced the complex issues present with respect to Arizona’s statutory scheme with respect to liens, as well as all aspects related to Medicare liens.  In conjunction therewith, I have lectured on the subject to defense organizations and insurance carriers.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children.  I can often be found on the baseball, soccer, and football fields coaching multiple teams for my kids. Having been born and raised in Arizona; I enjoy rooting for the Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns and Arizona State Sun Devils.  In addition, I am a self-proclaimed movie buff and critic. You will often find me referencing obscure movie quotes and avoiding displays of oil cans at gas stations.
