For over twenty-one years, Mr. Kelley has embraced the role of a litigation attorney who specializes in premises liability, product liability, automobile negligence, homeowner's liability, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, professional liability, and appeals.
Throughout his career representing store owners, restaurant owners, product manufacturers, security companies, and other service-related businesses, he has recognized the value of his clients' hard-earned reputation. His commitment to represent, inform, and foster resolution strategies for these clients derives from that recognition. However, some circumstances do not allow for resolution. He has a wealth of experience participating in jury trials and appeals in circumstances where resolution is simply not possible.
Over the years, he has developed into one of the foremost authorities on the defense side of the aisle with respect to medical liens. He has embraced the complex issues present with respect to Arizona's statutory scheme with respect to liens, as well as all aspects related to Medicare liens. In conjunction therewith, he has lectured on the subject to defense organizations and insurance carriers.
When he is not in the office, Mr. Kelley enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He spends most of his nights and weekends at baseball, softball, and football games cheering on his kids. Having been born and raised in Arizona, he enjoys rooting for the Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns and Arizona State Sun Devils. In addition, he is a self-proclaimed movie buff and critic.
