Brian D. Rubin

Mr. Rubin joined the firm in 2003. Mr. Rubin’s practice is concentrated in tort litigation with an emphasis on automobile defense, bad faith, construction defect defense, premises liability, and general liability. Mr. Rubin also practices in the area of insurance coverage and litigation.

Mr. Rubin received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following law school, Mr. Rubin moved west to Arizona and joined the firm as an associate. He became a partner in 2008.

When not at the office, Mr. Rubin enjoys coaching his son’s flag football team, cooking with his wife, and watching Philadelphia Eagles football and Philadelphia 76ers basketball.
