I have always known that I wanted to be a lawyer but was unsure of what area of law I wanted to practice. After an internship at Thomas Rubin & Kelley during law school, I was drawn to the work and decided to begin my legal career in the field of liability defense. Specifically, I enjoy helping individuals and families faced with the uncertainty and unpredictability of insurance claims. The work we do allows me to continue learning and growing as a legal professional while also getting the reps in to build knowledge and experience.

I earned my B.A. in Law from the University of Arizona and my J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Over the past several years of pursuing a legal education, I’ve taken every opportunity available to explore different practice areas and build my general knowledge of the law. My numerous internships have exposed me to government work, both sides of criminal law, civil litigation, and transactional work. The most important lesson I’ve taken from all these experiences is that the names on lawsuits and legal documents belong to real human beings, and it is a priority for me to practice law with empathy.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog and keeping up a steady rotation of hobbies: crocheting, painting, sewing, and cooking, to name a few. I love learning and often find myself going down the rabbit hole of whatever new topic I am curious about. I’m also always looking for new music to listen to, and love exchanging playlists.
