Anthony Mirkhai

My defense practice is concentrated in tort litigation representing individuals and businesses in various industries including construction, hospitality, property management, and transportation. In some cases, reaching an early resolution is achievable and advisable. In others, an effective discovery strategy must be crafted early on to develop an effective trial strategy. I have also successfully resolved several cases through dispositive motion practice. Whichever course a case takes, I am devoted to achieving the best possible outcome for my clients in the most efficient manner.  .

While in law school, I had the privilege of representing veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and in Tucson City Court as part of the Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic. I also externed for Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks, going to the gym, reading novels, and cheering on my favorite hockey team, the Toronto Maple Leafs.
